What is a corporate order?
A corporate order is a bulk gift card purchase made by a business beyond regular consumer limits for employee recognition and incentive programs, customer appreciation, holiday gifting, and corporate giveaways.
- Daily purchase limits apply across all purchase channels (in-mall, online, and self-service gift card kiosks)
- Jan 1st– Oct 31st: $2,500
- Nov 1st–Dec 31st: $5,000
- Corporate order requests above these daily limits require KYB pre-approval before fulfillment.

What is KYB and how do I complete it?
KYB (Know Your Business) is a required business verification for corporate orders above our daily program thresholds.
- To place orders above the daily limits, you will need to:
- Request a corporate account either online or via email
- Complete the KYB (Know Your Business) review and pre-approval process
- Orders cannot be fulfilled until KYB approval is complete and approved.
- What ordering options are available?
- Physical gift cards (Order Online or through the mall directly)
- Digital eGift cards for instant delivery (Online only). Visit egift.oxfordgiftcardplus.ca
What payment options are available?
Credit Card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard)
- All credit card payments must be completed in person (chip-and-pin entry)
- The cardholder (same individual who completed the KYB) must be present and
- Valid photo ID is required
- Orders are released once funds are confirmed received
- No additional fees are charged
- This option qualifies for complimentary delivery to your business address
- Subject to a 5–7 business day hold before processing and release
- Qualifies for complimentary courier to business address
