Accessible parking spaces are available near the shopping centre entrances at all parking lots.
Accessible Washrooms
All Square One washrooms have wheelchair accessible stalls. Companion/family washrooms are also available.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at our Guest Experience desk on Level 2, by Wilfred. Subject to availability. Call our Guest Experience team at 905 270-7771
Elevators
Square One is equipped with elevators throughout the shopping centre for your convenience. They can be found at the following locations:
- Level 1 by GoodLife Fitness, by Aldo, by Shoppers Drug Mart, by The Food District exterior entrance
- Level 2 by Columbia, by Fossil, by Sunglass Hut, by The Rec Room
Lost and Found
If you have misplaced an item, please visit the Security Office on Level 1, by Walmart or call 905 566-9355.
